EVERYDAY LIFE IN MEXICA CULTURE

EVERYDAY LIFE IN MEXICA CULTURE

40.00

A long time ago, in a foreign land, a group of people called the Aztecs were looking for the sign that their God told them to find. This sign told them where they should build their new city. When they finally found the sign, it was in the middle of a lake...

We will begin this great story on a rooftop while drinking a delicious smoothie, you will hear all about how the city was built in the middle of a lake, as well as important facts about their temples.

Afterward, we will walk to see some of their pyramids close-up, and also visit some museums and buildings and murals made by a very important artist, named Diego Rivera.

I will tell you all about the everyday life of the Aztecs (Mexicas): How they lived; the food they ate; how they dressed; their activities during the day; what their houses and furniture looked like; what they learned at school; how and where they showered; what their jobs were about; as well as their beliefs about the Sun, Moon and Stars.
